Composition:

Each ml contains:

Polyethylene Glycol 400 USNF      0.4% w/v

Propylene Glycol               IP 0.3% w/v

Benzalkonium Chloride Solution IP 0.02% v/v

(As preservative)

Sterile aqueous vehicle base   q.s.

 

Storage:

Store below 30°C. Protect from

light & moisture. Do not freeze.

 

Warning:

1. Use the solution within one month after opening the container.

2. Do not Touch the dropper tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.

3. If irritaion persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult the physician.

4. If there is aby discolouration of solution and particular matter found do not use nd return the vial for replacement.

5. Keep medicine out of reach of children.
